Terms of Service

Talkdraft — operated by Pleymob, LLC

1. Acceptance

By using Talkdraft, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Talkdraft is a voice-first notes app that records audio, transcribes it using AI, and organizes your notes into categories. The service requires an account and an internet connection.

3. Your Account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Talkdraft.

4. Your Content

• You retain ownership of all content you create (recordings, notes, categories).
• You grant Pleymob, LLC a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service.
• We do not access, review, or use your content for any purpose other than delivering the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.

6. Third-Party Services

Talkdraft uses third-party services (Groq for transcription, Google Gemini for title generation, Supabase for infrastructure). Your use of Talkdraft is also subject to the terms of these providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is scheduled with a 30-day grace period. After 30 days, all your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Talkdraft available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Talkdraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pleymob, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and will post changes with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
